Hello! I'm Kathleen Rosemary, owner and host of Swan Center, offering holistic relaxation and pain-relief therapies in The Relaxation Station, a repurposed cabin. A Licensed Massage Therapist and energy medicine teacher, I specialize in women's massage, energy clearing and balancing, and guided meditation. I also offer self-care and emotional literacy coaching. Sessions are 30, 60, 90 minutes, or longer. You might like to walk on the land, or combine an overnight stay with your healing session for increased benefit. It's all about R&R. I want you to leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
Holistic healing is my my ministry. Swan Center of the Association for the Integration of the Whole Person is my non-denominational congregation. My mission is to support community wellness through connection.
In The Relaxation Station, you may split a session and get 2 for 1 price. Here's how it could serve your needs. You might wish to strengthen your communication skills with each other for greater empathy. Or you may want to learn energy healing skills so you can leave knowing how to help yourself and each other to rebalance and renew your energies. If there are any physical areas of stress we can work on giving you specific stretches and maneuvers to relieve discomfort. Ask about castor oil packs. And try the Miracle Balls!
I like to coach self-care and mutual care so people leave with inspiration and ways to support self-maintenance and continued personal growth. That is the holistic way.
Individuals and groups are welcome at Swan Center. People come here to gather, rest, learn, be creative, enjoy the quiet, celebrate, share time with family or friends. Enjoy the land. The library for your use is extensive. The chalet can sleep up to 6. and host groups of up to 20 for day or evening meetings, It is sacred space. If that's appropriate for your group, let me know how I can best serve your needs. We can customize your stay if you are interested in any of my specialty areas.
The swan is an ancient symbol of beauty, strength, peace and transformation. The Swan Creek used to flow year-round on this land. It's gone underground but arises in our neighboring lake. Flowing through the Swan Creek watershed, wind and water shape the landscape. On the porch or walking the land, guests often feel inspired. Swan Center supports a holistic experience of full creative living if we allow it to do so.

Are you ready to ask the deep questions? Weekend meditation retreats are for personal transformation in small groups, in a supportive rustic setting. We gather for uplifting ourselves and community. Retreats are donation-based to support our mission. A Minister of Healing with the Association for the Integration of the Whole Person (AIWP), I, Kathleen Rosemary, have over 50 years of experience with collaborative spiritual learning, I created Swan Center as a campus on 11 rolling acres, with comfy spaces both indoors & out in nature. I would happily serve as a facilitator if an already organized group would want it. Below are samples of retreats I had offered recently.
We could have opening & closing circles each day, pot luck meals, meditations & inner inquiry, sharing from our collective life experience, quiet time for rest, reflection & journaling. Everyone present would be asked to serve the community by helping set up the space, prepare meals & clean up. Honoring privacy, confidentiality & others’ needs for quiet creates a safe space for unfolding at the soul level.
You could bring: Your awesome self, contribution of veggies & other organic foods to share for 4 meals (+ anything your particular diet requires), comfy clothes, sturdy shoes, rain gear, bug repellant, ear plugs if needed for bedtime, pen & journal, camping gear if camping, open mind and heart. Leave phones in cars if possible. No wifi is provided.
No alcohol or drugs, no firearms on site, please. No pets.
How do I KNOW?
Inquire within. Who am I? Who is asking? What inspires me? What are my inner motivations, abilities, feelings? Is my creativity intuitive? What is my energetic flow & how do I sense it? How does angelic presence & assistance show up for me?
Paths to Joy
Where is my JOY?
What brings me joy? How does it show up? What would life be like if I were full of joy all the time? How do I express & share my joy? Does joy inform my creativity? Can I create joy?
Ruminations on Love
Do Rumi poems make my Soul EXPAND?
What might happen if I join this Rumi-inspired exploration into the realm of pure possibility? What if I ask deep questions, journal, & create from the urgings of my soul? Rumi is said to be the most well-read poet in the world. If you want to Rumi-cize your weekend, come for this one. Bring your favorite Rumi poems or some of your own, yummy middle eastern foods to share for 4 meals, flowing colorful garb, & sounds to share that lift you into divine realms. Spontaneous dancing & singing & upwelling of emotions will be welcome here.
Making Room for Grief
What’s ALIVE in me today?
Do I know how to “do grief?” Do unacknowledged emotions wreak havoc on my health? What if Grief wants to show up? What might happen if I would listen to it deeply, weep, write, create, paint a rock, hug a tree, or walk with Grief around the land, dropping it bit by bit to let Earth mix it with the fall leaves?
Tap into Source Energy
How can I best use this healing GIFT?
What is it like to tap into Source energy? Is it a natural high? How can I be aware of & utilize this free & infinite supply? Would it support my commitment to self-care? Would it help my ability to communicate & connect & have positive supportive relationships?
