Are you ready to ask the deep questions? Weekend meditation retreats are for personal transformation in small groups, in a supportive rustic setting. We gather for uplifting ourselves and community. Retreats are "suggested donation-based" to support our mission. A Minister of Healing with the Association for the Integration of the Whole Person (AIWP), Kathleen Rosemary, has over 50 years of experience with collaborative spiritual learning, With a team working for 6 years, we created Swan Center as a campus on 11 rolling acres, with comfy spaces both indoors & out in nature. I happily serve as a facilitator if an already organized group requests it.
We could have opening & closing circles each day, pot luck meals, meditations & inner inquiry, sharing from our collective life experience, quiet time for rest, reflection & journaling. Everyone present would be asked to serve the community by helping set up the space, prepare meals & clean up. Honoring privacy, confidentiality & others’ needs for quiet creates a safe space for unfolding at the soul level.
You could bring: Your awesome self and curiosity, a contribution of veggies & other organic foods to share for 4 meals (+ anything your particular diet requires), comfy clothes, sturdy shoes, rain gear, bug repellant, ear plugs if needed for bedtime, pen & journal, camping gear if camping, open mind and heart. Leave phones in cars if possible. Use of wifi is possible in some of the cabins.
No alcohol or drugs, no firearms on site, please. No pets.
Below are examples of retreats we offered recently, just before Covid stopped everything for groups...
Intuitive Knowing
How do I KNOW?
Inquire within. Who am I? Who is asking? What inspires me? What are my inner motivations, abilities, feelings? Is my creativity intuitive? What is my energetic flow & how do I sense it? How does angelic presence & assistance show up for me?
Paths to Joy
Where is my JOY?
What brings me joy? How does it show up? What would life be like if I were full of joy all the time? How do I express & share my joy? Does joy inform my creativity? Can I create joy?
Ruminations on Love
Do Rumi poems make my Soul EXPAND?
What might happen if I join this Rumi-inspired exploration into the realm of pure possibility? What if I ask deep questions, journal, & create from the urgings of my soul? Rumi is said to be the most well-read poet in the world. If you want to Rumi-cize your weekend, come for this one. Bring your favorite Rumi poems or some of your own, yummy middle eastern foods to share for 4 meals, flowing colorful garb, & sounds to share that lift you into divine realms. Spontaneous dancing & singing & upwelling of emotions will be welcome here.
Making Room for Grief
What’s ALIVE in me today?
Do I know how to “do grief?” Do unacknowledged emotions wreak havoc on my health? What if Grief wants to show up? What might happen if I would listen to it deeply, weep, write, create, paint a rock, hug a tree, or walk with Grief around the land, dropping it bit by bit to let Earth mix it with the leaves?
Tap into Source Energy
How can I best use this healing GIFT?
What is it like to tap into Source energy? Is it a natural high? How can I be aware of & utilize this free & infinite supply? Would it support my commitment to self-care? Would it help my ability to communicate & connect & have positive supportive relations?

Accommodations allow for social connection while distancing, with food needs, ventilation and sanitation being the responsibility of the group. Some meals may be prepared by your group in the chalet kitchen. Each of the 3 cabins has its own kitchen as well.
Lodging/camping on site is available.
The 3 cabins can accommodate up to 7 people. There are sites for tents, plug ins for RVs and camping trailers.
Costs for "experience" facilitation are negotiable, on a "suggested donation-basis." It would be additional to the cabin, RV, and tent site rental for a group. Call to discuss.
